Wellkies Health Care wanted to create a centralized digital platform that would make healthcare services more accessible while reducing the administrative burden on clinics and medical professionals.
Patients struggled to find the right doctors, compare available clinics, schedule appointments, and access consultation information through a single experience. Manual coordination and traditional booking methods often resulted in delays, missed appointments, and a less-than-optimal patient journey.
The organization needed a scalable and secure healthcare solution that could connect patients, doctors, and clinics while supporting appointment management, prescription access, notifications, and patient self-service capabilities.

Softree designed and developed a modern healthcare consultation platform that streamlined the entire patient journey—from discovering doctors and selecting clinics to booking appointments and managing healthcare interactions. Built using React, Material UI, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB, the platform delivered a responsive and user-friendly experience across devices.
The solution introduced intelligent doctor search and filtering, clinic selection workflows, appointment scheduling, prescription access, patient dashboards, and profile management capabilities. Automated reminders and notification systems were implemented to help patients stay informed and reduce missed appointments.
Security and reliability were prioritized through JWT-based authentication, encrypted credential management, and a scalable backend architecture capable of supporting future healthcare service expansion.
