Why Softree

A team of senior engineers shipping enterprise software.

200+ enterprise projects delivered. 50+ Microsoft-certified engineers. One culture built around mastery, not management.

We hire people who care about the craft. Engineers who can architect, write tests, talk to clients, and ship production software end-to-end. No layered management, no busywork — just clear goals, weekly demos, and senior peers who push you to ship better code than you did last month.

01

A real workspace, not a cubicle farm

Our Bengaluru floor at Prestige Tech Platina 2 is built for focused work and unscripted conversations — open desks, named huddle rooms, and a café that doesn’t close at five.

02

People who build, not posture

We hire engineers, designers, and operators who care about shipping. No internal politics, no busywork, no manager hierarchy thicker than the codebase.

03

Off-sites, demos & celebration weeks

Quarterly off-sites, monthly demo days, and a yearly culture week that runs on terrible puns and excellent food. Yes, there’s a room called The Circus.
