Introduction:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this blog I will show you some of the options those are available in TermStore. For example, creating and deleting TermGroup and TermSets in the TermStore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. How to go to the TermStore of your site:<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    \u2022 At first you should click the ribbon button in the left corner of the panel.
    \n\u2022 After clicking the ribbon button select \u201cAdmin\u201d as shown below. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • After selecting \u201cAdmin\u201d you should select \u201cSharePoint\u201d as\nshown below.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
      \"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
      • After that choose \u201cTerm Store\u201d under \u201cContent services\u201d\nas shown below.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        2. Create a \u201cTerm Group\u201d in the Term Store<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • After choosing Term Store, click on \u201cAdd Term Group\u201d and\nname it as per your requirement and press enter as shown below.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          3. Delete a \u201cTerm Group\u201d from the Term Store:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • To delete a Term Group from the Term Store, select the Term Group that you want to delete from the Term Store and then click on \u201cDelete Term Group\u201d in the right panel as shown below.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            4. Create a \u201cTerm Set\u201d in the \u201cTerm Group \u201c:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            • To create a Term Set in a Term Group you should select a Term Group where you want to add the Term Set as shown below.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThen click on \u201cAdd Term\nSet\u201d and give the name of the Term Set as shown below:\n\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Provide\na name to the Term Set and save it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              5. Delete a Term Set from a Term Group:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

              \u2022 To delete the Term Set from a Term Group select the Term Set that you want to delete.
              \u2022 After selecting the Term Set click on \u201cDelete Term Set\u201d as shown below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              • After it the term set will be deleted.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
