This may include external user of your organization.<\/li><li>Share to <strong>Users in (Your Organization<\/strong>):\u00a0 This option gives any user in your organization who has the link access to the file or folder, if they receive it directly from shared user or forwarded from someone else.<\/li><li>Share to <strong>Users<\/strong> <strong>with existing access<\/strong>: This option can be used by user who already has access to the file or folder. Just send a link to that user who already has access. <\/li><li>Share\nto <strong>Specific people:<\/strong> This option\ngives access only to the specific user you specify. If the user forward the sharing\nlink to users who already have access to the file and folder.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>How to Share a file or folder to <strong>Anyone with the Link in <\/strong>SharePoint Office 365.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Select the file or folder.<\/li><li>Click the <strong>Show Action<\/strong> in the right to folder or file.<\/li><li>Click <strong>Share<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.softreetechnology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/1-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6167\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>4. In the\u00a0<strong>Link Settings<\/strong>\u00a0window, select <strong>Anyone<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>with the link<\/strong>. If this option is greyed out, it needs to be turned on in the SharePoint admin center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.softreetechnology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/2-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6168\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Ticked mark on <strong>Allowing editing<\/strong> check box and enter an Expires date for the link .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Choose <strong>Apply<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.softreetechnology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/3-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6169\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>7. In the\u00a0<strong>Send<\/strong> <strong>Link <\/strong>window, enter your user\u2019s email address, type a message and choose <strong>Send.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. Your user will receive an email with your message with Link to your file or folder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9. The user gets access to the contents of the folder or file shared.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>Keywords: <\/em><\/span><\/strong><br>1.
