Login to the Office 365 site.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Click on the App launcher menu.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Click on all apps. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.softreetechnology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5954\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p> 4. Click on Forms. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.softreetechnology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5955\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p> 5. Click on New Form. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.softreetechnology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5956\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p> 6. Click on the Untitled form and rename it as \u201cCustomer Review Form\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.softreetechnology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/4.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5957\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.softreetechnology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/5.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5958\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p> 7. Click on Add new. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.softreetechnology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/6.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5959\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p> 8. It will open a menu with options like \u201cChoice\u201d, \u201cText\u201d, \u201cRating\u201d, \u201cDate\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.softreetechnology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/7.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5960\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p> 9. Select Rating. In place of Question, write \u201cYour Rating\u201d.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10. Click on Add new.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>11. Select Text. In the place of Question, write \u201cName\u201d.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>12. Click on Add new.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>13. Select Date. In the place of Question, write \u201cDate\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>14. Click on Add new.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>15. Select Text. In the place of Question, write \u201cCity\u201d.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>16. Click on Add new.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>17. Select Text. In the place of Question, write \u201cTelephone Number\u201d.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>18. Click on Add new.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>19. Select Text. In the place of Question, write \u201cEmail\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a020. Click on Add new.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>21. Select Choice. In the place of Question, write \u201cHow was our food?\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>22. Click on Add new.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>23. Select Choice. In the place of Question, write &#8220;How frequently do you visit our restaurant?&#8221;\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>24. Then click on Add new.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>25. Select Choice. In the place of Question, write \u201cDo you plan on returning to our restaurant?\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>26. Click on Add new\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>27. Select Choice. In the place of Question, write \u201cWould you suggest our restaurant to a friend?\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>28. Click on Add new\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>29. Select Text. In the place of Question, write \u201cAny suggestions?\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>30. Now the form is complete. From the browser, copy the form ID as shown in the image below: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.softreetechnology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/10-1024x199.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5963\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Procedure to create the flow<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a01. Click on the App launcher menu.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Click on Flows.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Click on templates. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.softreetechnology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/11.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5964\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p> 4. Click on \u201cFrom Processing to Email and SharePoint\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.softreetechnology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/12.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5965\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p> 5. It will open a page like a screenshot mentioned below. On that page click Continue. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.softreetechnology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/13.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5966\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p> 6. Enter the form ID here which we copied from the address bar of the browser previously while creating the Form. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.softreetechnology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/14.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5967\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p> 7. Enter the form ID here again. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.softreetechnology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/15.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5968\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p> 18. Enter the email ID where we will send the response details to.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>19. In the subject, we can add &#8220;Customer Review\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.softreetechnology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/16-1024x620.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5969\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\n\n20. In the body section, we can customize the data and add dynamic values from the form response.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Click on the Email Body section and then click on \u201cAdd dynamic content\u201d.<\/li><li>On the right-hand side, a pop up will open, in which all the review options will show. We can click on any\/all to add in the body according to our requirements. I have added all the reviews and custom messages in the email body section as shown in the image below.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.softreetechnology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/17.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5970\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p> 21. Click on save.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Let\u2019s Test the flow:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a01. Fill up the customer review form as I have filled in the image below. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.softreetechnology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/18.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5971\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p> 2. Click on the submit button. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.softreetechnology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/19.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5972\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p> 3. Now open and check the email ID mentioned in the flow.
