The flow also marks any such email as read.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Steps to Follow:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Sign in to Microsoft Flow, and then select the My flows tab.<\/li><li>Select Create.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.softreetechnology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/1-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5889\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Select \u201cAutomated Flow\u201d<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.softreetechnology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/2-3-1024x423.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5890\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Search for &#8220;email&#8221;, and then select \u201cWhen a new email arrives\u201d from the list of triggers. This trigger runs each time an email arrives.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.softreetechnology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/3-4-1024x557.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5891\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.softreetechnology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/4-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5892\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Select the folder as Inbox for incoming emails, and then select Show advanced options.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.softreetechnology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/5-3-1024x514.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5893\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>In the From box, enter the email address of the sender (client).<\/li><li>Your flow takes action on any emails that are sent from this address.<\/li><li>Select New step &gt; Add an action.<\/li><li>Search for &#8220;<strong>notification<\/strong>,&#8221; and then select Notifications &#8211; Send me a mobile notification from the list of actions.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.softreetechnology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/6-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5894\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.softreetechnology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/7-2-1024x196.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5895\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Enter the details for the mobile notification you&#8217;d like to receive whenever a message arrives from the email address that you entered earlier.<\/li><li>Select New step &gt; <strong>Add an action.<\/strong><\/li><li>Search for &#8220;read&#8221;, and then select \u201c<strong>Mark as read<\/strong>\u201d from the list of actions.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.softreetechnology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/8-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5896\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>In the Mark as read, add the \u201cMessaged\u201d token in the Message-Id box.
