In this blog, we are going to create a Microsoft flow that will delete all files of a document library. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Create A Microsoft Workflow<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Go to the document library of a modern team site or communication site. If you are using classic TeamSite change it to a new experience.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Click on the flow option. From drop-down select \u201cCreate a flow\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.softreetechnology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/download.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5244\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p> 3. This will open a window on the left side showing all available templates. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.softreetechnology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/open-a-window.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5245\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p> 4. Click on see more templates, a new page will open. Search \u201cDelete all files of a SharePoint library and send an email\u201d on the text box. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.softreetechnology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/SharePoint-library.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5246\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p> 5. Click on the template. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.softreetechnology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/download-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5247\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p> 6. If you are creating flow for the first time perform sign up <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.softreetechnology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/sign-up.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5248\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p> 7. Choose the region and click on Get Started Button. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.softreetechnology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/Started-Button.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5249\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p> 8. Set your outlook account to connect your flow and click on continue. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.softreetechnology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/click-on-continue..png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5250\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p> 9. Set interval time, site address, library name from which file will be deleted. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.softreetechnology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/deleted.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5251\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p> 10. In the Send Email step, give email account, set email body. Click on save button. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.softreetechnology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/Click-on-save-button.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5252\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p> 11. Click on Flow Checker option to check whether there is any error or not. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.softreetechnology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/Flow-Checker.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5253\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p> 12. If there will no error, it will show 0 Errors and 0 Warning. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.softreetechnology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/show-0-Errors-and-0-Warning..png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5254\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p> 13. Now go to see your flow option. And select the flow and run it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.softreetechnology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/download-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5255\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p> 14.
